PLACING AN ORDER
You can contact us directly by calling 317.770.1300 or by emailing Jenny Eby. We will be happy to assist you in selecting a promotional product that will suit your event or your budget perfectly.

RUSH ORDERS
We pride ourselves on meeting our client's needs even when they are in a rush. We work with numerous vendors who have excellent production times. But in the event you need something even faster we will do our best ot help you meet your deadline. Rush charges may apply, however.

PROOF
We will prepare your artwork here and fax you a proof for your approval before we place your order. In some cases, and for an additional charge, you will be able to see a paper proof of your art on the actual item.

SAMPLES
If you're having a hard time choosing an item or would like to see it before placing your order, we are able to order a single sample for you at no additional charge. Shipping charges may apply.

SENDING ARTWORK
We have a full-service art department that is able to assist you in preparing your logo for production. The best way to send art is via email: art@12onepromo.com. Ideally, we would prefer these types of files:

Adobe Illustrator
Corel Draw
Freehand
EPS
Vector Art
All text converted to curves

We will accept artwork in almost any other format, however it may need to be recreated by our artist in order to make it acceptable for printing. There is no charge for recreating simple logos or artwork, up to one hour. For recreating more complex artwork, or for modifications that take longer than one hour, there will be an hourly rate of $55/hour after the first hour.

PAYMENT
Payment is due in full in 10 days. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a 1.5% per month late payment charge. First orders, custom orders and large order may require a deposit or prepayment. Visa and Master Card are also accepted.

SHIPPING
Orders ship via ground parcel service unless specific shipping instructions are requested at the time order is placed. The shipping method is determined by your in-hands date, location of your destination, time-frame and cost factors. Shipping and handling is charged at prevailing freight rates by carrier and will be added to your invoice. Split shipments, drop shipments, 3rd party shipping may incur additional charges.
